Hi my name is D.K.

I need help I want to get off methadone I am currently in methadone treatment center outpatient. I feel that they don't encourage detoxing because  I was detoxing from 120 mg to 50mg and that is where I will stay.

They keep telling me that it is time to increase my dose because my hands shake and always have headaches. But I will deal with those problems I will not increase my dose can you give me some advice or direct me to someone who can help me.
