Typical Lunch
| These two women are preparing a
regular daily meal for their families. This meal consisted of fish, rice and bananas
wrapped in palm leaves. The wrapped meals are then placed in a small thatched hut in which
a fire is burning effectively cooking the meals. While the women work in the village the
men go fishing and take care of rebuilding the huts that they live in. No microwave ovens
here and no electricity fresh water is pumped from wells. |
