Big Fat Birdie!
| Our dive operator was based on an
island about two miles off shore of our hotel. Every morning they would pick us up at the
beach for a day of diving. While visiting their island appropriately named Paradise
Island, I was able to make new friends with this green parrot who I called Fat Birdie. He
is not kept in a cage, he just lives there and fly's around at will and just loved
attention. Trust me if you lived there you wouldn't fly away either. |
